Perasaan berdebar- debar yang tak pernah muncul pun dalam hidup aku nie... Nervous tahap dewa-dewa punya.. Siap tension, demam and pening lagi.... Dah tak kira hari dah... try to count hours because it feels longer.... Persiapan yang dah dirancang sebulan sebelum pun rasa macam tak cukup lagi... Semua rasa tak kena.....

Dari pagi rasa tak kena, semua kena buat... dah la bersiap untuk akad nikah jadi kelam kabut sampai bunga tangan pun lupa nak amik...hehehehe..... Sampai kat masjid mata meliar cari si dia..... Solat rupanya.... Bila jer dia keluar... Ya Allah, segaknya kurniaan yang KAU berikan pada ku... Sampai masa bila nak di IJAB KABUL, tok imam tanya... pengantin perempuan.... saya nak tanya satu soalan... mudah jer, kalau x leh jawab x leh kawen.... Aku pun jawab, a'ah... 

Tok Imam: "Sudi awak berkahwin dengan teruna nie?"
Aku         : " Sudi."

hehehehe...mesti la sudi...kan..kan... bila IJAB KABUL bermula, rasa debar2..betul ker aku nak kawin nie..... Then bila dah selesai rasa semua perasaan bercampur, sedih, gembira, nak loncat-loncat....heeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Alhamdulillah, aku dah bergelar isteri kepada lelaki yang bernama MOHD HISYAMUDIN...

Caramel Cake With Salted Caramel and Walnut

This cake we gonna make!!

Ingredients:

1.5 cups Plain Flour

1 large Egg

1 cup vegetable oil

1 cup caster sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon bicarb soda

1 cup whole milk, let set in room temp

1 table spoon golden syrup

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

pinch of salt

handful of walnut, finely chopped

Salted caramel

1/2 cup of sugar

15g of butter

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 cup of milk

Let's do it!!

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius and grease 21cm round cake tin with non-stick spray. And put baking paper that cut into round with the tin measure on it.

Cream the oil and the sugar until it mixed well together. Add in the egg. So we combine all the dry ingredient together. Slowly add the dry ingredient and milk  a bit by a bit until finished. Don't worry if it curdled, it will baked beautifully, want the moist texture in it!!

warm the golden syrup in microwave about 10 second. Pour into the batter and mix it well. Pour into the cake tin and bake it for 45-55 minutes, if you press it and it spring back it already cooked. Allow it to cook in the tin, and transfer it onto wire racks later.

For the salted caramel, pour the sugar into a pot and in medium heat let it turn into caramel, then pour in the milk while whisk the caramel, whisk it all the way until it become thicker, put in the butter and salt. Make sure it thick and let it cool for a while.

Pout the cool salted caramel onto your cake, and sprinkle finely chopped walnuts on the top for a little crunch and texture.

Serve it right away...erm....

Lama tak update blog nie....Huhuhu..sedar tak sedar dah nak dekat exam and will finish study period in just 2 weeks time....Whoaa...Time running so fast. Aku ada 1 jer exam paper but yang lain ada 3 project yang masing2, memeningkan kepala hotak aku...ish..ish..


Dengan perangai group mate yang mcm2, i hope i can send all of this things by hujung minggu nie. Pening la. Nak tumpukan exam pada satu paper nie jer... I hope i can do it..Go...Go... huhuhuhu... Nie ada sket gambar from ny uni:

Our Engagement Stories 4/04/12

Actually my engagement planning is last minute. Fuhhh...nasib baik sempat done all the preparation. The date that both of us want is 2 week before i'm going back to Adelaide, but his mother decided that kitaorg mesti buat before his sister going to Sarawak.


Sempat lagi berjalan2 di Cameron Highlands and go camping with Polimas scout. Huhuhu...It's really along time we going for holidays together with ur friends because i was studying in Australia while he busy with works schedule and outstations. 


But we managed to buy some flowers and gift for hantaran. Tak banyak sangat pun 5 berbalas 5 jer. Tapi bila buat last minute nie, parah jugak la. 


My mother and my lovely Acik, was doing all the preparation from food to the guests. I very appreciate their hard work. Love both of you.


Early that morning, we were busy housekeeping and get all the desserts from shop and get the hantaran done. Then, my best friends take me to the saloon to make up and get dress. So tak nak cakap banyak just enjoy the picture. Tak banyak sangat nak letak dalam blog. Sket2 jer.....

From Adelaide --> Gold Coast --> Malaysia

Hooray...at last i'm safe arrived on Malaysia Land... It has been 3 weeks after i arrived from Adelaide and Gold Coast. Dah lama tak update my beloved blog.. My first wish when i'm in Australia is to go to Movie World already fulfilled. It was a great one week in Gold Coast with my other 10 friends.

Before we go to GC, they had a rough week of exam. But we manage to party at pizza shop and eating ice cream at the beach. 

  Then, we finish packed all our thing to bought back to Malaysia. Memang syok nak balik Malaysia, but we have to spent our last day at GC. Dapat bercuti kat GC pun because we doesn't have any flight direct from Adelaide to Malaysia that is cheap. So we can go for holiday in the meant time...


On the first day, we go to movies world...huhuhu best... the the next day we all spent time at Wet And Wild World and the last day we go  to Sea World.


Disebabkan masa tak cukup untuk write all of the things down here, you all can checkup my Facebook account to view my picture....huhuhu..

Being Sick of MYSELF?????? Just Merapu

I write this while lying in my bed, tried to sleep early for tomorrow presentation. But something just disturb my mind so i thought maybe i just wanted to post something to my blog. huhuhuhu. Lately saya sangat pemalas, so i'm sick of myself. I put much weight because i cut off my diet and exercise...so i think i'm sick of myself.....ermm mana tidaknya asyik makan tidur, buat kija sekolah pastu makan balik....Like i cannot control my eating habit...so starting from today i will be on strict diet for 1 month before summer holiday and go back to my home town Malaysia.

Tak sabar rasanya nak balik Malaysia for 3 month holiday...countdown my day right now... But before fly back home, my friends and i gonna spend some days left in Gold Coast...whaaa...exciting. So if i go to movie world in GC, one of my dream will became true... Let me see what my other dreams, maybe i list it for you guys to read....

• Visit Korea.... Seoul, Busan, Jeju Island and tengok concert K-pop 
• Go to Paris and Disney World
• Be a good wife and mum
• Build a house for my family
• Got a great job...which is i'm currently dying for
• Get my PHD
• Go to Mekah and get Hajjah title
• Buy a Honda car ( maybe Honda City)

So many right??? Hehehehe that's good enough for me if i can reach 4 of my dreams above. I'll be back to Malaysia soon at 4 Disember 2010, got to spend my time with my love ones and family.... So in Australia is Spring so maybe i can put some photos that i'm taking with my mera...

It's Exam, Assignment & Korean Drama Time

Assalamualaikum...

Salah Satu bunga kat Adelaide Botanical Garden

Lama rasanya tak update blog aku yang comey nie...huhuhu. Malas sangat nak update blog nie. Sekarang in Australia tengah spring, tapi sekejap panas...sekejap sejuk pening kepala den dibuatnya. And for the bad new, sekarang semua University di Aussie nie tengah prepare nak exam, same as Malaysia i think? But Malaysia rasa dah mula exam dah...Kepada kawan2 blog, Facebook and suma yang mengenali diriku ini yang mengambil exam di Malaysia, Selamat Berjaya di ucapkan. Not to forget all my friends in Aussie especially my house mates yang bertarung Wish u all Good Luck Babes. 

Sekarang nie asyik berjalan jer kija aku, tidur kat umah pun tak sangat...huhuhu asyik pegi tidur kat umah PR di Mt Barker jer, syok jugak i feel like i have a family here. Kenapa yer aku syok sangat study period nie???? The Answer...Jeng..jeng..jeng... because i don't have any exam at all...just assessment jer..so that the positive part...wait till your hear the negative part, all the assessment is a heavy duty job, and the worst is there's design thing that i hate so much in my life. All because i'm not a creative person. ( That's a good answer mike)


But for this period of study, aku rasa mcm tak belajar. Malasnyer nak p kelas, practical...sebab campus jauh, 1 jam lebih dari umah. ( Sebab bas takde direct ), so conclusion saya jadi pelajar yang sangat malas sehingga di pikir2kan boleh ker aku dapat C, D, HD for all my subject? The answer maybe...ermmm 


And last one, drama korea..huhuhu i love this part, ok..

cita atas nie Playfull Kiss, dah abesh dah...syok sangat cita tue romantik, sakit hati, cute suma de la dalam cita tue. But untuk suma yang tak tau ade sambungan untuk cita tue in Youtube version, stay tune everyone...So one dvd i already be in my korean drama series collection. 


then come SungKyunKwan Scandal... i love this drama..Micky Yoochun DBSK tue yang berlakon...lebey kurang cita You're Beautiful la, but in ancient time. This week will be the last episode, so i will finish burning my dvd soon. Can wait...

And last but not lease, cita Mary Stayed Out All Night, adaption from Japanese manga,  Ok..bagi sket synopsis erk "Mary Stayed Out All Night" is a co-production between South Korea and Japan. A girl who has not dated for a long time meets a death metal group vocal and begins a relationship with him. But a perfect man interferes in their relationship and this drama shows their lively love triangle. Sapa pelakon dia, Jang Geun Suk la....huhuhu cita nie baru nak keluar..... Can't wait....
